JOHN ALLIN, PRESIDENT
With over 40 years' experience in the snowplowing industry, John Allin is recognized as the foremost snow and ice industry consultant in North America today. Founder of the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA) and the Snowfighters Institute, his other career highlights and firsts include President of Snow Management Group (the first national property maintenance company specifically for snow removal and ice control), managed all snow removal operations for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, invented and patented the Snow Dragon Snowmelter, authored two editions of the snow industry bible, "Managing Snow & Ice", and the list goes on.
In early 2013, the opportunity to become a CrewTracker partner and Vice President was offered to Mr. Allin, already familiar with the software as many of his snow contractor clientele were using it. After accepting and joining the CrewTracker Team, John Allin has already made a positive impact, bringing new attention, and a new face, to this snow industry-only software designed not only to track crews, but to successfully grow your business from day one.
RICK SIPPOLA, CFO
Rick Sippola uniquely serves select snow industry clientele in regards to Mergers & Acquisitions and in areas of Financial Management.
He ran his own 25 person firm for 10 years, specializing in serving small business, overseeing numerous transactions exceeding $250 million in deal value. He purchased an ongoing manufacturing and distribution company in Cleveland, Ohio which included the selling of snow plows and snow melting equipment.
After selling his operations to focus on his lucrative financial consulting career, Mr. Sippola was approached by CrewTracker during a restructuring phase to become a CFO and partner in the company. In addition to financial consultation for snow management companies, and now as CFO for CrewTracker, Mr. Sippola enjoys giving back and maintains an active, facilitator position at Snowfighters Institute.
MICHAEL NASCA, GENERAL MANAGER
Mike has over 20 years of experience as a business software Program Manager or Project Manager in the development of Web Apps, desktop apps, and a mobile app. Mike also has several years of experience in operations and in software testing, support and training. Using his expertise, he managed the design of several web applications that would work in conjunction with a desktop application for a major corporation.
For a family-owned business, he managed the redesign of a desktop application into a web application that also uses responsive design so that the app can be accessed on mobile devices, all-the-while, also growing the company’s sales and presence in the industry.
