CREWTRACKER TECH SUPPORT
  • Before calling Tech Support - make sure you have already looked for the answer to your question.

  • Most questions can be answered by viewing the CrewTracker Manual under the Help menu and by selecting CrewTracker Help. Features include a bookmarks pane and a hyperlinked Table of Contents to make navigation easier.  Also included throughout the manual are links to videos associated with the content.
     

  • Take time to browse the CrewTracker Video Library. These videos pin-point specific topics in short five to ten minute videos. There is a link in CrewTracker under the Help menu and then select Video Help.
     

  • ​If after reviewing the manual and video library, you are still unsure of what to do, by all means, give us a call.

  • Support options are listed inside CrewTracker under the Help menu and then select Support.

  • You can reach us Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST at 877-427-4047 extension 3 or email us at techsupport@crewtrackersoftware.com.  After hours support starts mid-October and goes through mid-April.  If you call after 5:00 pm Eastern time, you will be given the option to indicate that you have an emergency.  If this is the case, press 1, and leave a detailed message.  Someone will call you back.
     

  • What is an emergency?  An emergency is when the IVR, Portal, or Mobile app is down and is not responding.(Note: If one is down then all of them will be down.)  Anything other than this is not an emergency, therefore, we will respond during the next business day.
